Note on player names: When you add a player to a tournament, you may be entering personal data about another individual. By doing so, you confirm you have the right to share that data with us for the purpose of running the tournament. You are responsible for informing the players you add about our use of their data.

No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay where required.
